Position Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Record Management & Operations Support Officer to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about operational excellence, documentation accuracy, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage both digital and physical employee records and filing systems

  • Maintain up-to-date training documentation and support onboarding processes

  • Process employee benefits and ensure accurate regulatory remittances (e.g., PAYE, NSITF, NHF)

  • Collaborate with internal departments and external bodies (banks, tax consultants, regulatory agencies)

  • Implement and manage the e-filing system for easy document retrieval

  • Support daily HR administrative tasks, ensuring timely and accurate documentation

  • Prepare reports and memos with 100% accuracy and within set timelines

Key Performance Indicators

  • 100% accuracy in records and documentation

  • Timely processing of all regulatory payments

  • Full compliance with internal HR operational procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in HR operations, administrative support, or record management

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

  • Familiarity with employee benefits and HR documentation is an added advantage

  • Experience with electronic document management systems is preferred
