Position Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Record Management & Operations Support Officer to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about operational excellence, documentation accuracy, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Organize and manage both digital and physical employee records and filing systems
-
Maintain up-to-date training documentation and support onboarding processes
-
Process employee benefits and ensure accurate regulatory remittances (e.g., PAYE, NSITF, NHF)
-
Collaborate with internal departments and external bodies (banks, tax consultants, regulatory agencies)
-
Implement and manage the e-filing system for easy document retrieval
-
Support daily HR administrative tasks, ensuring timely and accurate documentation
-
Prepare reports and memos with 100% accuracy and within set timelines
Key Performance Indicators

100% accuracy in records and documentation
-
Timely processing of all regulatory payments

Full compliance with internal HR operational procedures
Qualifications & Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
-
1–3 years of proven experience in HR operations, administrative support, or record management
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
-
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
-
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
-
Familiarity with employee benefits and HR documentation is an added advantage
-
Experience with electronic document management systems is preferred
