Job Opening: Restaurant Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations at our Quick Service Restaurant in Ijegun, Lagos. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for excellent customer service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction

Manage staff schedules, roles, and performance
-
Drive sales and boost profitability through proactive leadership
-
Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
-
Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly
-
Conduct regular stock counts and manage inventory to minimize waste
-
Monitor employee attendance and uphold team discipline and morale
-
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
-
Communicate with suppliers and vendors as needed
-
Collaborate with senior management to execute strategy and business goals
Requirements:
-
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Restaurant or Floor Manager in a QSR setting
-
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
-
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
-
Proficiency in stock management, POS systems, and basic financial reporting
-
Must reside in or around Ijegun or nearby communities
-
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
Remuneration & Benefits:

Monthly Salary: ₦185,000
-
HMO Coverage: Available after 6 months

Performance Bonuses: Based on KPIs and targets
