Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including maintaining accurate records, processing accounts receivable/payable, and preparing financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain up-to-date financial records and ledgers
Handle accounts receivable and payable
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Ensure timely and accurate financial transaction processing
Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls

Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
✅ 4–5 years of proven experience in a similar role
✅ ICAN, ACCA, or other relevant professional certification (preferred)
✅ Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
✅ Proficiency in ERP accounting software
✅ Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
✅ High attention to detail and excellent organizational ability
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Effective communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
