About the Role:

Seplat Energy is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Reservoir Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in field development planning, reservoir performance forecasting, and production optimization.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum of Second-Class Upper Division) in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in reservoir engineering roles.

  • Proven expertise in:

    • Artificial lift systems

    • Well testing and pressure analysis

    • Reservoir simulation and material balance

    • Data analytics and field development planning

  • Proficient in industry-standard tools such as Petrel, Eclipse, OFM, Prosper, GAP.

  • Strong background in reserves estimation and economic evaluation.

  • Familiarity with industry regulations and HSE standards.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills.

  • Must possess an NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
