Job Overview:

Our client, a reputable sack manufacturing company, is urgently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Coordinator. The ideal candidate will lead the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures, ensure consistent compliance with regulatory standards, and work cross-functionally to maintain top-tier product and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and enforce quality assurance policies and SOPs

  • Perform regular audits and inspections across departments

  • Coordinate with teams to ensure QA protocols are followed

  • Analyze quality metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements

  • Implement corrective actions to resolve and prevent quality issues

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with industry best practices

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards

  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products and services

Requirements:

  • HND/BSc in a relevant discipline

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality assurance roles

  • Certification in QA or related field is a strong advantage
