Program Overview

The TotalEnergies Young Graduate Program offers ambitious young professionals the opportunity to gain real-world experience through hands-on projects, international exposure, and structured career development.

Program Structure:

  • Phase 1: 6 months in Nigeria, your country of origin

  • Phase 2: 12 months of international assignment within another TotalEnergies affiliate in Africa or at the Headquarters in Paris (subject to performance and availability)

This 18-month program equips young talents with the skills, knowledge, and experience required to thrive in a global energy company.

Responsibilities

As a Young Graduate, you will:

  • Contribute to key strategic and operational initiatives

  • Support day-to-day business functions across domains

  • Collaborate with diverse teams in a dynamic work environment

  • Build a strong foundation in your field of expertise (Finance, Strategy, Economics, or Business)

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the program, applicants must:

  • Be a Nigerian citizen

  • Have resided in Nigeria for at least 6 months

  • Have completed NYSC

  • Be less than 26 years old

  • Possess less than 1 year of professional experience
