Job Brief:

We are seeking enthusiastic and solution-oriented Customer Service Officers (Call Center) to join our growing team. You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring prompt, professional, and effective resolution of inquiries and issues via phone, email, and live chat. The role requires attention to detail, empathy, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer calls and inquiries about billing, account updates, services, and products.

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently within company guidelines.

  • Meet performance metrics such as first-call resolution, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.

  • Stay current with company products, services, policies, and system updates.

  • Recommend appropriate services or products based on customer needs and profiles.

  • Accurately log all customer interactions, issues, and solutions into the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • Must have completed the NYSC program.

  • 0–1 year of relevant work experience.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.

  • Familiarity with customer service principles and CRM tools is an added advantage.
