We are inviting applications for the 2025 edition of our Young Talents Program.

Program Title: 2025 Young Talents Program

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Program Duration: 3 Months

Program Overview

The Young Talents Program is designed to nurture high-potential graduates into tomorrow’s professionals through a robust blend of intensive classroom training and on-the-job experience over a three-month period.

Upon successful completion of the training program, candidates will be confirmed as Associate Consultants at Pedabo.

Eligibility & Qualifications

  • B.Sc./HND in Accounting, or any Social/Management Science discipline.

  • For non-accounting graduates, enrollment in ICAN or ACCA is required to demonstrate accounting interest.

  • Demonstrated adaptability, eagerness to learn, and a commitment to excellence.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Creative thinking and innovation mindset.

  • Must have completed or be near completion of NYSC.

  • Minimum of 5 O’Level credits (including English & Mathematics) in one sitting.

  • Must be 28 years or younger by December 31, 2025.
