Position Summary
We are seeking dynamic and technically skilled individuals to join our team as Sales Engineers specializing in Industrial Air Compressors. The successful candidates will play a critical role in driving sales, generating leads, expanding market presence, and providing technical support to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive sales of industrial air compressors, accessories, and after-sales solutions.

  • Develop and implement strategies to meet monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.

  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of competitor activities and customer demands.

  • Ensure prompt payment collection and enforce credit control measures.

  • Contribute to sales budget planning and execution for the compressor division.

Technical & Customer Support

  • Advise customers on the best compressor systems suited for their operations.

  • Oversee pre-delivery inspections and ensure smooth equipment delivery.

  • Train clients on compressor use, maintenance, and optimization practices.

  • Collaborate with the service team for technical support and issue resolution.

Qualifications & Competencies

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience in compressor maintenance and repair.

Skills & Competency

  • Strong technical expertise in air compressors (portable, industrial, oil-free) and air dryers.

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and maintain compressor systems.

  • Excellent communication, proposal writing, and presentation skills.

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales reporting tools.

  • Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset.

  • Ability to understand and translate technical requirements into tailored solutions.
