Your Mission
As our operations leader, you’ll be the driving force behind our restaurant’s daily success — from kitchen excellence to guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant activities, from food prep to customer experience

  • Lead, inspire, and mentor staff to exceed service expectations

  • Strategize ways to boost customer loyalty and satisfaction

  • Keep a sharp eye on food quality, costs, and operational efficiency

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth, high-quality service

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Degree or HND in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field

  • Experience: 4+ years in restaurant operations management

  • Training: Formal background in culinary arts and leadership/management

  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Locations: Ketu, Mile 12, Alapere, Ojota, Ojodu Berger, Ikeja, Owode
