We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented DI Machine Operator with a flair for graphic design to join our printing press team. This role blends technical precision with creative input, ensuring every print project meets top-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain DI (Direct Imaging) printing machines to produce premium print materials.

  • Prepare and manage print files for smooth production.

  • Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on DI machines.

  • Collaborate with the design team for accurate color matching and file setup.

  • Review customer artwork to meet print specifications.

  • Monitor and ensure consistent quality throughout print runs.

  • Provide design and layout support for print-ready artwork when required.

  • Manage production schedules and meet deadlines effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year in print production with graphic design experience.

  • Proven DI machine operation skills.

  • Basic graphic design knowledge.

  • Strong grasp of pre-press processes and file preparation.

  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Ability to work independently under pressure.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Team player with solid communication skills.

  • Quick learner, adaptable to new technologies.
