Salary Range: ₦150,000 – ₦300,000 Monthly

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Officer to spearhead product sales, build strong distributor relationships, expand market coverage, and boost product visibility within the Ikeja market and beyond. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the beverage or water industry, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Distributor Engagement: Identify, onboard, and manage distributors to grow market share.

  2. Order Management: Create and process orders, follow up on payments, confirm transactions, and coordinate timely deliveries.

  3. Secondary Sales Support: Assist in generating secondary sales orders and support distribution logistics.

  4. Merchandising & Product Display: Ensure all outlets display products according to brand standards.

  5. Customer Support: Resolve customer and distributor complaints quickly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.

  6. Market Penetration: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities.

  7. Reporting: Prepare and submit timely sales and market feedback reports to management.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in the water or beverage industry.

  • At least 2 years’ recent experience in a similar role.

  • Strong background in distributor management and demonstrated sales growth.

  • In-depth knowledge of the Ikeja market and surrounding areas.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and deliver on targets.

  • High level of integrity, resilience, and customer service focus.

  • For Area Sales Manager applicants: at least 3 years’ relevant experience required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise general shift activities to ensure plant performance and safety compliance.

  • Organize and monitor scheduled testing of firefighting systems, including documentation updates.

  • Proficiency in office productivity tools and SAP for production reporting.

  • Deep knowledge of power plant systems and their interactions.

  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong data analysis and reporting abilities.

Job Summary

The Make Ready Coordinator/Security Escort ensures leased residential units are properly prepared for occupancy across all Mission agencies in Abuja. With over 150 short-term leased properties under management, this role plays a vital part in maintaining U.S. Mission housing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the General Services Office, Facilities Maintenance, and Regional Security Office (RSO) to prepare housing for new staff arrivals.

  • Inspect residences prior to employee departure to assess damages to government-furnished furniture, appliances, and equipment.

  • Supervise contractor teams (3–6 staff or more) to ensure work meets U.S. Mission requirements.

  • Serve as a security escort when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

  • Completion of high school.

Experience:

  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in administration and/or building trades.

Language:

  • Fluent English (speaking, reading, and writing).

Job Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with administrative procedures.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer applications.

  • Strong project management and meeting coordination skills.

  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

  • High attention to detail; ability to interact tactfully in person, by phone, and via email.
