A dynamic Not-for-Profit/Social Enterprise based in Lagos, Nigeria, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Country Operations Manager to drive the expansion of its youth empowerment and leadership development programs.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Planning & Execution

Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of key programs, events, bootcamps, and campaigns.

Ensure operational efficiency and timely execution of organizational initiatives.
2. Strategy & Fundraising
-
Design and implement effective fundraising strategies to support program expansion.
-
Lead revenue-generating campaigns aligned with the organization’s mission.
3. Team Leadership
-
Supervise, coach, and support internal departments and staff.
-
Foster a high-performance culture focused on impact, collaboration, and accountability.
4. Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
-
Cultivate relationships with funders, partners, government agencies, and community stakeholders.
-
Represent the organization at external events and strategic forums.
5. Compliance & Risk Management
-
Ensure adherence to local regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
-
Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks.
6. Financial & Budget Oversight
-
Develop and manage the organization’s budget.
-
Monitor expenditures, ensure financial health, and optimize operational costs.

Track and report financial performance to relevant stakeholders.
Compensation & Benefits:
-
Salary Range: ₦280,000 – ₦310,000 monthly
