About the Role

We’re hiring on behalf of our U.S.-based client—a fast-growing real estate company—for the position of Remote Acquisitions Specialist. This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity that comes with a competitive salary, uncapped commissions, and no cold calling.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle approximately 100 inbound leads per month—no prospecting required.

  • Build rapport with sellers and understand their unique needs.

  • Negotiate win-win deals and close acquisition contracts.

  • Manage leads using CRM software and ensure consistent follow-up.

  • Meet or exceed monthly KPIs and sales goals.

  • Maintain professional and clear communication across phone, email, and text.

  • Provide sellers with a smooth, guided experience from first contact to close.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in phone sales or real estate acquisitions.

  • Strong command of English (neutral accent preferred; excellent writing skills).

  • Fast and reliable internet connection + a dependable smartphone.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, spreadsheets, and email platforms.

  • Great negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-driven and organized with the ability to work independently.

  • Full-time availability: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week.

  • A quiet, professional workspace for handling sales calls.
