About the Role
We’re hiring on behalf of our U.S.-based client—a fast-growing real estate company—for the position of Remote Acquisitions Specialist. This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity that comes with a competitive salary, uncapped commissions, and no cold calling.

What You’ll Do

Handle approximately 100 inbound leads per month—no prospecting required.

Build rapport with sellers and understand their unique needs.

Negotiate win-win deals and close acquisition contracts.

Manage leads using CRM software and ensure consistent follow-up.

Meet or exceed monthly KPIs and sales goals.

Maintain professional and clear communication across phone, email, and text.

Provide sellers with a smooth, guided experience from first contact to close.
What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 year of experience in phone sales or real estate acquisitions.

Strong command of English (neutral accent preferred; excellent writing skills).

Fast and reliable internet connection + a dependable smartphone.

Proficiency in CRM tools, spreadsheets, and email platforms.

Great negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Self-driven and organized with the ability to work independently.

Full-time availability: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week.
