Job Title: Art Director

Position Overview

We are looking for a creative, detail-driven Art Director to lead the visual execution of integrated campaigns across digital, print, and experiential media. This role demands a balance of strategic design thinking and hands-on creative execution to produce compelling visual content that captures attention and strengthens brand messaging.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including copywriters, strategists, media planners, and account managers—to deliver high-quality, on-brand solutions that meet client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Create and design visual content for various platforms: digital ads, social media graphics, websites, presentations, brochures, and brand assets.
Translate creative briefs into visually engaging and strategically aligned concepts.
Uphold brand identity and ensure consistency across all design outputs.
Collaborate with internal teams to align visuals with broader campaign strategies.
Oversee the refinement, quality control, and finalization of visual deliverables.
Stay informed on industry trends, design tools, and emerging creative technologies.
Juggle multiple design projects while meeting timelines and maintaining design quality.
Organize and manage project files and design assets efficiently.
Contribute actively to brainstorming and ideation sessions.

Qualifications & Experience

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a creative or art direction role within an agency or design studio.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Skills in UI/UX design or motion graphics are an added advantage.
