The Role: Traffic Manager (Project & Task Coordinator)

We’re on the hunt for a highly organized and proactive Traffic Manager to streamline our internal operations. In this role, you’ll ensure that tasks are assigned appropriately, deadlines are met, and projects stay on track. You’ll act as the engine that drives coordination and accountability across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team leads to assign, prioritize, and track tasks

  • Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of milestones

  • Utilize digital tools like Trello, Notion, or MS Planner to manage workflows

  • Identify potential roadblocks and help remove them quickly

  • Maintain an organized tracking system for multiple concurrent projects

  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination between departments

  • Support operations with workflow documentation and process improvements

What You Need to Succeed

Education: HND or BSc in any field
Experience: 1–2 years in project/task coordination (preferably in creative, marketing, or tech environments)
Bonus: PMP or any recognized project management certification
