Eligibility Criteria
To be considered, applicants must:

Be a legally registered, revenue-generating for-profit organisation.

Be headquartered and operating primarily in at least one of the eight focus countries.

Organisations registered in other jurisdictions (e.g., Delaware) are eligible if their core operations are in the target countries.
Program Benefits
Selected finalists will be enrolled in a 6-month virtual accelerator, which includes:

Timeline
-
Application Review (July–August 2025): Around 40 semi-finalists will be shortlisted based on eligibility and innovation potential.

Video Interviews (August–September 2025): Semi-finalists will be interviewed virtually; around 30 finalists will advance.

Final Jury (September 2025): Judges from Reckitt, YSI, and HIEx will select up to 20 winning ventures.

Accelerator Program (October 2025 – April 2026): Finalists will undergo mentorship, capacity building, and investor engagement.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to support key human resource and administrative operations. Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end payroll processing and employee compensation records

Maintain accurate HR documentation and personnel files

Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and statutory deductions (Pension, PAYE, NHF, etc.)

Support field staff and liaise between the field and HQ on HR matters

Assist in employee onboarding, offboarding, and performance tracking

Utilize HR systems (e.g., HRMS, Sage, Zoho People) to manage staff records
-
Provide administrative support and contribute to overall HR process improvement
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 4 years’ HR experience, preferably in agriculture, FMCG, or similar field-intensive industries

Proven experience in payroll processing and managing sensitive employee data
