Role Summary
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager – Receivables to join our Finance Department. This role involves managing the full spectrum of accounts receivable activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer invoices, incoming payments, credit notes, and other receivables-related transactions.

  • Collaborate closely with commercial departments and senior management to ensure accurate financial reporting.

  • Participate in quarterly and year-end financial closing activities.

  • Conduct regular reviews and reconciliations of outstanding receivables.

  • Proactively address open items, discrepancies, and payment delays.

  • Generate detailed reports on receivables and other relevant financial data.

Requirements

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach.

  • Effective communication skills across all organizational levels and a commitment to continuous learning.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP FI/CO) is essential.

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
