Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Overview

Speedaf Express is seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing front-desk operations, and supporting daily administrative functions to ensure smooth office coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet visitors with professionalism and warmth.

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.

  • Respond to inquiries promptly and courteously, both in-person and via phone/email.

  • Manage visitor log and inform employees of guest arrivals.

  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area and shared office spaces.

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.

  • Assist in organizing and maintaining client and billing records.

  • Schedule meetings and appointments as required.

  • Support other administrative departments with filing, data entry, and clerical tasks.

  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned to support the company’s operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a receptionist or front desk role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
