Job Title: Front Desk & Administrative Officer

Location: Lagos

Position Overview

We are seeking a professional, courteous, and detail-oriented Front Desk & Administrative Officer to be the first point of contact for visitors and staff at our Lagos office. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple administrative responsibilities with efficiency and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests and staff in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Answer and route phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment.

  • Manage meeting schedules and assist in coordinating appointments and office logistics.

  • Support general administrative functions across departments as needed.

  • Distribute incoming mail and packages; handle outgoing correspondence.

  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.

  • Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, document filing, and office supply inventory.

  • Provide timely and accurate information to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day front office and administrative operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in a front desk or administrative role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.

  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and customer-focused approach.

  • Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.

  • Calm under pressure and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
