About the Role
Our client, a fast-rising Digital Bank, is looking for a driven and result-oriented Growth Strategist to spearhead client acquisition, boost sales, and nurture lasting relationships within the community. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in driving sustainable financial growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their financial needs.

  • Promote loan products to individuals, small businesses, and groups.

  • Review loan applications, verify client details, and conduct background checks.

  • Carry out credit appraisals and submit proposals for approval.

  • Disburse approved loans while adhering to policies and compliance standards.

  • Monitor repayments, follow up with clients, and manage delinquent accounts.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate client records.

  • Conduct post-disbursement visits and loan utilization checks.

  • Build strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and referrals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or product management (banking experience is an advantage).

  • Strong understanding of financial products, banking, and market trends.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
