About the Role
Our client, a fast-rising Digital Bank, is looking for a driven and result-oriented Growth Strategist to spearhead client acquisition, boost sales, and nurture lasting relationships within the community. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in driving sustainable financial growth.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their financial needs.

Promote loan products to individuals, small businesses, and groups.

Review loan applications, verify client details, and conduct background checks.

Carry out credit appraisals and submit proposals for approval.

Disburse approved loans while adhering to policies and compliance standards.

Monitor repayments, follow up with clients, and manage delinquent accounts.

Maintain detailed and accurate client records.

Conduct post-disbursement visits and loan utilization checks.

Build strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and referrals.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or product management (banking experience is an advantage).

Strong understanding of financial products, banking, and market trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
