About the Role

As a People Partner, you’ll serve as a strategic HR leader—translating business goals into actionable people initiatives that foster performance, retention, and engagement. You’ll work directly with senior leadership to support a high-growth, innovation-driven workforce across West Africa.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with growth goals
Lead payroll administration and ensure compliance with labor laws
Manage performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and career development initiatives
Resolve complex employee relations matters with a focus on engagement and retention
Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights
Guide organizational design, succession planning, and training programs
Support regional HR projects and talent management programs
Serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders across teams

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
5+ years’ experience in HR, with exposure to employee relations, compliance, and payroll
Strong working knowledge of local employment laws in Nigeria/West Africa
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
Proven ability to manage HR processes in fast-paced, high-growth environments
