About the Role

As a People Partner, you’ll serve as a strategic HR leader—translating business goals into actionable people initiatives that foster performance, retention, and engagement. You’ll work directly with senior leadership to support a high-growth, innovation-driven workforce across West Africa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with growth goals

  • Lead payroll administration and ensure compliance with labor laws

  • Manage performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and career development initiatives

  • Resolve complex employee relations matters with a focus on engagement and retention

  • Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights

  • Guide organizational design, succession planning, and training programs

  • Support regional HR projects and talent management programs

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders across teams

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

  • 5+ years’ experience in HR, with exposure to employee relations, compliance, and payroll

  • Strong working knowledge of local employment laws in Nigeria/West Africa

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills

  • Proven ability to manage HR processes in fast-paced, high-growth environments

  • Reports to: Managing Director (Nigeria)
