Qualifications:

University degree or Higher National Diploma in Social Sciences, Humanities, or a related field

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service orientation and emotional intelligence
Basic operations management and process improvement knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, service-focused environment
