About the Role

We’re seeking a Corporate Banking Growth Strategist — a dynamic professional who can turn high-value connections into profitable partnerships. You will be at the heart of strategic client engagement, bespoke financial structuring, and revenue growth, working with some of the most influential corporate and institutional players in Nigeria.

Your expertise will span Energy & Power, Conglomerates, FMCG, Fintech & Telecoms, Private Banking, Utilities & Infrastructure, or Project Finance & Advisory. This role demands deep sector insight, exceptional deal origination skills, and the ability to drive results in line with our growth agenda.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, structure, and onboard top-tier corporate clients with significant revenue potential.

  • Develop tailored banking strategies aligned with each client’s operating model, sector trends, and capital needs.

  • Conduct in-depth market and credit research to inform lending and investment strategies.

  • Advise clients on balance sheet optimization, project finance structures, and capital raising options.

  • Craft bankable credit proposals that meet regulatory and risk management standards.

What You’ll Need

  • B.Sc./HND in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (minimum 2:2).

  • 2–4 years’ proven experience in Corporate or Institutional Banking.

  • Strong skills in corporate credit analysis, financial modelling, and risk-adjusted pricing.

  • Demonstrated success in client origination, portfolio growth, and revenue generation.

  • Working knowledge of banking regulations, IFRS, and CBN guidelines.
