Position Overview
We are hiring a Packaging Manager to lead and oversee our Packaging Department—covering people, processes, plant, and systems. Your goal will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality products while driving operational efficiency and adhering to global AB InBev standards.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure a safe and healthy work environment

Manage and develop department personnel

Implement and uphold VPO (Voyager Plant Optimization) standards

Drive process improvement and operational excellence

Oversee packaging logistics and coordination

Monitor and control productivity within budget

Optimize team performance and plant systems

Align departmental operations with global strategies and manufacturing goals
Qualifications & Requirements
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Management
-
3–5 years of experience in FMCG production at a managerial level
-
Chartered Institute of Brewing and Distilling (CIBD) certification in Packaging is a plus
