Position Overview
We are hiring a Packaging Manager to lead and oversee our Packaging Department—covering people, processes, plant, and systems. Your goal will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality products while driving operational efficiency and adhering to global AB InBev standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment

  • Manage and develop department personnel

  • Implement and uphold VPO (Voyager Plant Optimization) standards

  • Drive process improvement and operational excellence

  • Oversee packaging logistics and coordination

  • Monitor and control productivity within budget

  • Optimize team performance and plant systems

  • Align departmental operations with global strategies and manufacturing goals

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Management

  • 3–5 years of experience in FMCG production at a managerial level

  • Chartered Institute of Brewing and Distilling (CIBD) certification in Packaging is a plus
