Position: HR Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR professional to lead our HR operations, performance management, and compensation functions. This role plays a critical part in enhancing employee experience and driving organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Performance Management

  • Drive the implementation and localization of performance dialogue processes.

  • Collaborate with the regional office on performance management updates and communicate changes internally.

  • Lead compensation and benefits administration across the firm.

  • Organize performance dialogue trainings and resources for managers and staff.

  • Monitor compliance with performance management timelines and recommend improvement strategies.

  • Develop and implement a coaching and mentoring framework.

  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on career development and staff progression.

  • Represent HR at performance evaluation sessions, ensure action points are captured and executed.

  • Coordinate with L&D to create personalized development plans for staff where needed.

HR Operations Management

  • Maintain and manage HR systems (HRIS), ensuring data integrity and policy compliance.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries.

  • Support policy development and process improvement across HR functions.

  • Manage external HR vendors and benefits service providers.

  • Administer employee benefits, including enrollments and vendor coordination.

  • Generate HR reports and metrics to guide data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant HR experience, ideally in a professional services environment.

  • Strong expertise in performance and career management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven leadership, mentoring, and people management capabilities.

  • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of payroll operations.

  • Familiarity with KPMG’s performance systems is an added advantage.

  • Understanding of business operations in a corporate environment.
