Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to lead the planning and execution of maintenance strategies for our production lines. The ideal candidate will drive innovation, improve equipment reliability, and ensure high operational standards in safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement preventive and condition-based maintenance plans.
Coordinate annual overhauls of production lines and plant facilities.
Minimize breakdowns and increase mean time between failures.
Ensure quality standards for equipment and packaging are met.
Maintain equipment hierarchies and records in SAP PM or similar systems.
Track and close work orders and maintenance notifications.
Support autonomous maintenance practices like lubrication, cleaning, and inspection.
Manage tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory effectively.
Monitor maintenance schedules in alignment with production plans.
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and team collaboration.

Qualifications

B.Eng or HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
3–5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment.
Strong background in plant maintenance, project implementation, and operations.
Familiarity with bottling processes and standards in quality, safety, and environment.
Proficiency with SAP or related maintenance management systems.
