 What We’re Looking For

Do you love building with tech that simplifies lives? We’re seeking individuals with:

  • A keen interest in low-code development

  • Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform and languages like C#, Python, or JavaScript

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and modern databases (Dataverse, SQL, MongoDB)

  • Understanding of testing best practices, Agile working, and version control (e.g., Git)

  • Ability to support live services (with extra pay!)

  • UK residency for at least 5 years (required for SC clearance)

 About the Role

As an Associate Power Platform Developer, you’ll create low-code tools that simplify tasks across the Home Office. From automating forms to building internal dashboards, your work will help teams deliver faster, smarter, and more securely.

You’ll work with experienced engineers, receive structured mentoring, and contribute to Power BI, Dynamics, PowerShell, and SQL-based systems from day one.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build new Power Platform features for operational teams

  • Pair with senior developers to deliver scalable solutions

  • Monitor and resolve system issues

  • Share ideas and code with the internal developer community

  • Ensure compliance with security and coding standards

  • Participate in on-call support (where required)
