About the Role:
We’re seeking a seasoned Farm Operations Manager (Agronomist) to lead our crop production operations and drive agricultural excellence. This role involves managing farm activities, guiding agronomic practices, supervising staff, and executing strategies that optimize yield and profitability. Your expertise in both scientific farming and market-driven approaches will play a key role in our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert agronomic advice on crop production, soil management, and pest control

  • Oversee daily farm operations including equipment usage and seasonal workflows

  • Develop and execute crop marketing plans to ensure profitability

  • Monitor market trends to align production with demand

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and sustainable farming practices

  • Conduct research and trials to improve productivity and crop quality

  • Train and mentor farm staff to boost efficiency and knowledge

  • Prepare performance reports and insights for management

Qualifications & Experience:

  • B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, or a related field

  • Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in crop production and farm management

  • Strong background in agricultural marketing and market analysis

  • Proven experience in Bell and Habanero pepper farming

  • Ability to manage post-harvest processes and coordinate crop sales

  • Demonstrated leadership, team management, and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
