Honeywell Group Limited is looking for driven and ambitious young professionals to join its Finance Graduate Trainee Programme—a dynamic opportunity designed to provide hands-on experience across key areas of corporate finance.

About the Role

This structured rotational program offers recent graduates exposure to core financial functions including:

  • Treasury

  • Risk Management

  • Accounting

  • Taxation

  • Financial Analysis

Trainees will develop a strong foundation in financial operations, reporting, compliance, and strategic decision-making across various units and portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in finance rotations across core departments and affiliate companies

  • Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and risk assessments

  • Support internal audits, tax filings, and process improvement initiatives

  • Contribute to the accuracy of financial data and efficiency of systems and reporting processes

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of a Second-Class Upper degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields

  • 0–1 year of relevant experience (including NYSC)

  • Interest in pursuing ACA, ACCA, or CFA qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
