About the Role:
Gomoney is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Fraud Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in protecting the integrity of our financial systems by investigating suspicious activities, identifying fraud patterns, and collaborating with internal teams and external financial institutions to minimize risk and prevent losses.
Key Responsibilities:

Investigate transactional anomalies and identify patterns of internal or external fraudulent behavior.

Manage a high-volume caseload involving financial fraud allegations.
-
Prepare and maintain detailed reports for internal documentation and regulatory compliance.
-
Communicate with banks and financial institutions to recover funds from fraudulent transactions.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to detect and mitigate fraud quickly.
-
Liaise with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure smooth case handling and resolution.
-
Provide timely and clear fraud analysis reports to relevant stakeholders.

Support team members in resolving fraud-related inquiries or escalations.
What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Banking, Finance, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in payments operations, fraud investigation, or a related field.
-
Hands-on experience with electronic and online banking investigations.

In-depth understanding of cyber risks and common fraud schemes, including new and evolving threats.

Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver clear and concise findings.
