About the Role
We’re looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Executive to champion our packaging solutions and expand our market footprint. You’ll be the bridge between our innovative products and the businesses that need them—turning opportunities into long-term partnerships and consistent sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute winning marketing strategies for manufacturers, distributors, and retailers.

  • Hunt for new business opportunities through calls, visits, and online prospecting.

  • Build lasting relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.

  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored packaging solutions.

  • Deliver impactful presentations and product samples to prospects.

  • Track market trends, competitor moves, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate sales records, quotations, and deal closures.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.

  • Collaborate with production/logistics teams for smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 1–3 years’ marketing/sales experience (manufacturing/B2B is a plus).

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Track record of generating leads and closing deals.

  • Familiarity with the manufacturing industry is an advantage.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
