We’re on the lookout for a dynamic PR & Branding Manager to strengthen our brand voice and drive meaningful engagement both online and offline.

Job Summary

As PR & Branding Manager, you’ll be responsible for enhancing brand visibility, shaping strategic communications, and crafting compelling stories that connect with customers and stakeholders. You’ll manage public relations efforts, develop cross-platform messaging strategies, and maintain strong industry relationships to amplify our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative messaging strategies for digital and traditional media platforms.

  • Create and manage content across social media, press, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.

  • Design and implement PR plans, including media outreach, press conferences, and interviews.

  • Monitor and report on campaign ROI and engagement metrics to optimize marketing performance.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, especially sales and product, to align messaging and customer feedback.

  • Oversee content creation for brand materials, including ad copy, email campaigns, and customer engagement tools.

  • Build relationships with media professionals, industry influencers, and strategic partners to grow brand recognition.

  • Analyze market trends and customer data to refine branding and marketing approaches.

  • Supervise social media engagement, respond to community feedback, and identify new outreach opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years’ experience in brand management, PR, or marketing communications (experience in fintech preferred).

  • Proven ability to grow and manage emerging brands from launch through growth stages.

  • Experience managing sub-brands and product verticals simultaneously.

  • Proficiency with content management systems and communication tools.

  • Strong grasp of both B2B and B2C marketing strategies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Comfortable with data analysis and customer feedback interpretation.

  • Experience developing content for multiple social media platforms.

  • Skilled in MS Office; knowledge of design or marketing software is an advantage.
