 About the Role
We’re looking for a proven sales powerhouse to take charge as Regional Sales Leader for our thriving soap and hygiene product line in Northern Nigeria. This isn’t just a sales job—it’s a strategic leadership role for a results-driven professional who knows the FMCG soap market inside out.

If you have a history of smashing sales targets, managing distributor networks, and leading high-performing teams in general trade, we want you steering our regional growth.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Drive regional sales strategies to achieve volume and revenue targets.

  • Lead, mentor, and grow sales teams (Area Managers, Sales Officers, Merchandisers).

  • Strengthen distributor networks and optimize route-to-market performance.

  • Identify new growth opportunities through market mapping and penetration.

  • Ensure strong distributor relationships, stock flow, and credit discipline.

  • Oversee sales forecasting, territory planning, and budgeting.

  • Champion retail visibility, merchandising, and product availability.

  • Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and trade audits.

  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing & Supply Chain for flawless execution.

 Qualifications

  • 7–10 years in FMCG sales, with at least 3 years in regional leadership.

  • Mandatory: Prior experience in soap manufacturing or hygiene FMCG sales.

  • Strong expertise in general trade across Northern Nigeria.

  • Consistent record of exceeding targets and expanding market coverage.

  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP B1 is a plus).

  • Degree/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across the Northern region.
