Position: Regional Sales Manager – West
Location: Ogun & Kwara States (Hybrid)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our commercial growth efforts across Ogun and Kwara States. You will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue, grow market share, build relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure the efficient implementation of our operational sales policies.
Key Responsibilities:

Translate strategic sales goals into actionable regional plans and deliver against revenue targets.

Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers and stakeholders by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Oversee partner engagement, account development, and issue resolution.
-
Drive adoption of sales tools, manage internal communications, and ensure effective customer engagement.
-
Analyze customer and market data to guide product/service enhancements and strategic decisions.
-
Coordinate integration and communication with service providers and subsidiaries.
-
Prepare detailed progress reports and maintain a system for tracking key metrics.

Represent Interswitch at industry events, building networks and enhancing visibility.

Develop tailored solutions for customer needs and lead the negotiation and closing of deals within commercial guidelines.

Lead and mentor a regional sales team to deliver on set objectives and performance goals.
Requirements:
Education:
-
A postgraduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
-
Minimum of 6 years of experience in Sales or Business Development roles within reputable financial services or FinTech companies.
-
At least 3 years must involve direct customer relationship management in the payments or digital finance space.

Strong background in strategic sales execution and stakeholder engagement.
