As we scale, we’re moving from startup hustle to strategic structure — and we’re looking for an experienced Finance Professional to lead that transformation.

If you’re passionate about building efficient financial systems, ensuring compliance, and bringing clarity to the numbers that drive growth, we want to hear from you.

  •  Drafting internal finance policies (e.g., reimbursements, expense approvals)

  •  Ensuring regulatory compliance and audit readiness

  •  Working cross-functionally with HR and the COO to support organizational health

 About You

We’re seeking someone who is:

  •  A chartered finance professional (e.g., ICAN, ACCA)

  •  Highly knowledgeable in Nigerian tax laws, pensions, and payroll regulations

  •  Experienced in building or managing finance operations in startups or SMEs

  •  Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented

  •  Able to work independently but also collaborate with cross-functional teams
