Your Role
As our Corporate Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the financial backbone of the company. Key responsibilities include:

Setting up and managing accounting software (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.)

Designing and administering monthly payroll (including PAYE, pensions, HMOs)
-
Handling company and staff registrations with LIRS, FIRS, PENCOM, NSITF
-
Preparing monthly cash flow reports and financial forecasts
-
Leading quarterly and annual budgeting, financial modeling, and scenario planning
-
Drafting internal finance policies (e.g., reimbursements, expense approvals)
-
Ensuring regulatory compliance and audit readiness
-
Working cross-functionally with HR and the COO to support organizational health
About You
We’re seeking someone who is:

A chartered finance professional (e.g., ICAN, ACCA)
-
Highly knowledgeable in Nigerian tax laws, pensions, and payroll regulations
-
Experienced in building or managing finance operations in startups or SMEs
-
Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented
-
Able to work independently but also collaborate with cross-functional teams
