Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Floor Sales Executive to deliver an exceptional retail experience, promote our brand, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will interact directly with walk-in customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations.
Key Responsibilities

Engage and assist customers in the showroom, providing product knowledge and support.

Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and resolve product-related issues.

Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment.

Effectively manage difficult or dissatisfied customers with tact and empathy.
Requirements
-
A Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any field (minimum of Second Class Lower or Lower Credit).

0–3 years of relevant experience (Retail sales experience is a strong advantage).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proven ability to sell and negotiate effectively.

Team-oriented with a passion for customer service and brand representation.

Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic about electronics and retail.
