Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Floor Sales Executive to deliver an exceptional retail experience, promote our brand, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will interact directly with walk-in customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and assist customers in the showroom, providing product knowledge and support.

  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and resolve product-related issues.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment.

  • Effectively manage difficult or dissatisfied customers with tact and empathy.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any field (minimum of Second Class Lower or Lower Credit).

  • 0–3 years of relevant experience (Retail sales experience is a strong advantage).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to sell and negotiate effectively.

  • Team-oriented with a passion for customer service and brand representation.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic about electronics and retail.
