Position Summary
We are seeking dynamic and technically skilled individuals to join our team as Sales Engineers specializing in Industrial Air Compressors. The successful candidates will play a critical role in driving sales, generating leads, expanding market presence, and providing technical support to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development

Drive sales of industrial air compressors, accessories, and after-sales solutions.

Develop and implement strategies to meet monthly and annual sales targets.

Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships.

Prepare and deliver persuasive quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.

Conduct market research to stay abreast of competitor activities and customer demands.

Ensure prompt payment collection and enforce credit control measures.

Contribute to sales budget planning and execution for the compressor division.
Technical & Customer Support

Advise customers on the best compressor systems suited for their operations.

Oversee pre-delivery inspections and ensure smooth equipment delivery.

Train clients on compressor use, maintenance, and optimization practices.

Collaborate with the service team for technical support and issue resolution.
Qualifications & Competencies
Educational Background

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Work Experience

Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience in compressor maintenance and repair.
Skills & Competency

Strong technical expertise in air compressors (portable, industrial, oil-free) and air dryers.

Proven ability to troubleshoot and maintain compressor systems.

Excellent communication, proposal writing, and presentation skills.

Skilled in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales reporting tools.

Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset.
