Your Mission

As a Senior Account Manager, you will take full ownership of Glovo’s top strategic partners in Nigeria. Your role is to drive growth, profitability, and long-term success by blending sharp data analysis with exceptional relationship-building skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Take full ownership of Glovo’s top partner accounts in Nigeria, managing the entire business relationship.

  • Understand partners’ goals and challenges, providing data-driven solutions to support their growth.

  • Analyze business metrics to optimize performance and profitability for both Glovo and its partners.

  • Define long-term commercial strategies covering growth, promotions, advertising, and operations.

  • Drive revenue through commission renegotiation, strategic upselling, and commercial optimization.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments like Operations, Marketing, Customer Service, and more.

  • Strengthen relationships by converting top accounts into long-term preferred partners.

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Account Management or Business Development (experience in startups, consulting firms, or top tech companies is a plus).

  • Advanced Excel skills are a must; experience with other data analytics tools is a strong advantage.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage complex projects independently.

  • Passion for solving problems, backed by analytical thinking and a data-driven approach.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • A collaborative, ownership-driven attitude—you take initiative and make things happen.
