Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Lagos. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of recruitment best practices and the ability to manage the end-to-end hiring process efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Gain a deep understanding of Xiaomi’s business model, departmental functions, and market dynamics to support talent strategy and planning.
Own the full recruitment lifecycle: identify staffing needs, define job requirements, source and assess candidates, conduct interviews, manage salary discussions, and oversee onboarding.
Conduct talent mapping, market research, and industry analysis to inform hiring strategies and align expectations across stakeholders.
Continuously optimize recruitment workflows, improve hiring metrics, and contribute to the development of Xiaomi’s recruitment methodologies and processes.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts and manage resources to solve hiring challenges and meet talent acquisition goals.
Support leadership in talent assessment and succession planning, helping build a robust talent pipeline for long-term growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher with a proven track record of honesty and integrity.
Minimum experience in recruiting across at least two functional areas (e.g., sales, marketing, tech, or corporate roles).
Background in executive search/headhunting is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in English is required.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, apply knowledge effectively, and solve problems with structured approaches.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
