Location: Ode-Remo, Ogun State

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at our Ogun State plant. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in procurement, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage cost estimates and purchasing budgets
-
Maintain detailed records of all purchases, pricing, and inventory
-
Build and sustain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
-
Analyze pricing trends and vendor options to ensure best-value procurement
-
Plan and oversee the purchase of equipment, materials, and services
-
Negotiate favorable terms and contracts with suppliers
-
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with specifications
-
Maintain updated supplier databases including qualifications, delivery timelines, and capacity
-
Ensure timely and efficient supply chain management aligned with company goals
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Minimum of HND in Engineering, Humanities, or related fields
-
At least 5 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain role
-
Strong knowledge of procurement processes and systems
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
-
Excellent negotiation, communication, and contract management skills
-
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
-
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization
Salary:
₦250,000 – ₦350,000 Monthly
