Job Overview:
We’re looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Executive to lead client acquisition efforts and cultivate partnerships across residential estates, clubs, and social communities. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with 2–4 years of experience in real estate, health insurance, B2C tech sales, or community engagement.
As a key member of the team, you’ll represent Assist at community events, spearhead estate-wide activations, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Strong communication, negotiation skills, and familiarity with tools such as Google Sheets, Trello, or CRM software are essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive client acquisition through direct engagement with residential and social communities

Organize and execute community activations and estate-wide campaigns

Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships

Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth customer onboarding and satisfaction

Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics using CRM and project management tools
Requirements:
