Position Overview:
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and well-organized Human Resources Officer to join our growing team at a reputable restaurant in Lekki. The ideal candidate must have a solid HR background, with at least 2 years of relevant experience, and live within or close to the Lekki axis. This role is specifically open to female applicants as part of our commitment to maintaining gender balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes

  • Maintain and update employee records using HRIS

  • Coordinate staff training, performance management, and development initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies

  • Track attendance, leave, and punctuality records

  • Address employee relations issues professionally and confidentially

  • Support payroll processing with accurate staff data

  • Organize employee engagement and welfare programs

  • Generate HR reports and maintain documentation as needed

Requirements:

  • B.Sc./HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR role

  • Solid understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic HR tools/software

  • Must reside in Lekki or nearby areas
