About Us:

LEKU INDUSTRIAL LIMITED is a fast-growing plastic and electronics manufacturing company headquartered in Lagos, with operational branches in 12 states across Nigeria. We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our digital engagement efforts.

Role Overview:

As the Social Media Marketing Manager, you will design and execute impactful strategies to grow our online presence, boost brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive traffic and conversions. You will manage content creation, performance analysis, and community interaction across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective social media marketing strategies

  • Manage day-to-day activities across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn

  • Create engaging and visually appealing content (text, image, and video)

  • Track key metrics and report on campaign performance and ROI

  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, marketing, and sales) to align messaging

  • Monitor trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools in the social media landscape

  • Foster community engagement and respond to messages/comments in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline

  • Proven experience in social media marketing (at least 2 years), preferably in a leadership role

  • Deep understanding of social media trends, tools, and best practices

  • Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills

  • Analytical mindset and proficiency in reporting tools

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Social Media Certifications (e.g., Meta Blueprint, Hootsuite Academy)

  • Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools like Buffer, Sprout Social, or Later

  • Basic design and video editing knowledge (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
